This website is owned and operated by Vedic Astrology (“us”, “We”, “the Company” or “Vedic Astrology”, which also includes its affiliates) (support@veritysofttech.com). The Platform may be accessible via multiple websites or applications, including, without limitation, astro.veritysofttech.com and its related apps.

By accessing or using the Platform, you enter into this Agreement. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these terms, including any future updates.

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT HARMING YOURSELF OR OTHERS, OR HAVE ANY MEDICAL EMERGENCY, IMMEDIATELY CALL THE POLICE OR A SUICIDE PREVENTION HELPLINE SUCH AS AASRA (91-22-27546669). THE PLATFORM IS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE IN SUCH CASES, AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS CANNOT PROVIDE THE ASSISTANCE REQUIRED. THE PLATFORM IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. DO NOT DELAY SEEKING IN-PERSON CARE FROM A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE OF ANYTHING RECEIVED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

1. Privacy

We collect information such as your name, contact details, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth solely to provide kundli reports, predictions, compatibility analysis, and consultations. We do not sell your personal or birth data to third parties. Payments are handled through secure third-party gateways, and we do not store complete card details on our servers. By using Vedic Astrology, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described here and in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection laws. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

2. Cancellation & Refund

Refunds may be considered when a network issue disrupts your live Zoom consultation and the astrologer is inaudible or unreachable. The astrologer will attempt to connect up to 3 times; a refund is reviewed only if all attempts fail. You may also request a refund if you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 5 days before the booked slot. Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy. If you provided incorrect details, request a correction with customer care within 2 days of the service being carried out; if the service is due within the next couple of days, contact customer care immediately by email. Only promotional wallet credits expire after 30 days; real money added to your wallet never expires and is not refundable once topped up. Approved eligible refunds are credited to your Vedic Astrology Wallet within up to 72 hours. All decisions are subject to management discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Management discretion

Refund requests, cancellations, corrections, promotional credit adjustments, and wallet-related decisions are subject to final approval at the discretion of Vedic Astrology management. Meeting the conditions in our Refund Policy does not guarantee automatic approval.

Consultations on Vedic Astrology are provided by independent service providers based on their own knowledge and interpretation, and are intended solely for personal insight and reflection. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice, and Vedic Astrology does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any prediction, remedy, or recommendation. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, and any reliance on advice received is entirely at your own risk. Vedic Astrology is not liable for any decisions, losses, or damages arising from use of the Platform or its services.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Vedic Astrology, you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
  • You will provide accurate and current information, including your birth details, for the purpose of consultations and reports.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
  • You will not misuse the Platform, including posting abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent content, or harassing any service provider or other user.
  • You will not attempt to copy, resell, or commercially exploit any content or service obtained through the Platform.
  • Any decisions you make based on astrological advice received through the Platform are taken entirely at your own discretion and risk.
