Refund & cancellation policy

When a refund is possible, when it isn't, how wallet credits work, and the deadlines that apply to cancellations and corrections.

Refund possible

A network issue disrupted your live Zoom consultation and the astrologer was inaudible or unreachable. The astrologer will attempt to connect up to 3 times; a refund is considered only if all attempts fail.
You cancel your scheduled consultation at least 5 days before the booked date and time.

Not eligible

You are unhappy with the accuracy of a prediction or interpretation.
You provided incorrect birth or booking details and did not request a correction within the allowed window.
Real money once added to your wallet — it cannot be refunded back to your bank, card, or UPI.

Key deadlines

These are the main time limits that determine whether a cancellation, correction, or refund request can be considered.

At least 5 days before your call

Cancel a scheduled live astrologer consultation at least 5 days before the booked slot to be eligible for a refund review. Later cancellations are not automatically eligible.

Within 2 days after the service

If you entered incorrect details, contact customer care within 2 days of the service being carried out to request a correction. After that window, the service cannot be undone or refunded.

Before a service due soon

If your consultation or service is scheduled within the next couple of days and you notice an error in your details, email customer care immediately. Do not wait for the 2-day window.

Within 72 hours of approval

Once a refund is approved, it is typically credited to your Vedic Astrology Wallet within 72 hours, after any applicable payment or transaction charges.

Live consultation connection issues

A refund may be considered when a network disruption affects your live Zoom consultation and the astrologer is inaudible or cannot be reached on the meeting link. The astrologer will try to connect with you up to 3 times. If all 3 attempts fail, contact customer care with your booking details so we can review the case. A brief or partial connection alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Cancelling a scheduled consultation

You may request a refund if you cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled live astrologer call. Cancellations made closer to the appointment time are not eligible unless explicitly approved by customer care in exceptional circumstances.

Prediction accuracy is not refundable

Vedic Astrology provides guidance based on traditional Jyotish principles and the information you supply. Dissatisfaction with the accuracy, tone, or outcome of a prediction, interpretation, or remedy suggestion is not grounds for a refund.

Incorrect information you provided

Double-check your birth and booking details before submitting. If you catch an error, request a correction with customer care within 2 days of the service being carried out. After that, the service cannot be undone or refunded. If the service is scheduled within the next couple of days, contact customer care immediately by email at support@veritysofttech.com.

Wallet credits and refunds

Vedic Astrology uses a wallet system for platform services. The following rules apply to all wallet balances:

Promotional credits (bonus or promotional balance added to your wallet) expire 30 days after they are credited. Use them before they lapse — expired promotional credits cannot be restored.
Real money (funds you pay to top up your wallet) never expires. It remains in your Vedic Astrology Wallet until you use it for eligible platform services.
No refund of wallet top-ups: Once real money is added to your wallet, it will not be refunded to your original payment method — bank account, debit/credit card, or UPI — except where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by customer care under this policy.

Approved refunds for eligible consultation or service issues (see above) are credited back to your Vedic Astrology Wallet, not directly to your bank account or card, after deducting any transaction charges levied by the bank or payment gateway. Wallet credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

How an approved refund is paid out

Eligible refunds are credited to your Vedic Astrology Wallet, typically within 72 hours of approval. The refunded amount may be used for future services on the platform. We do not guarantee reversal to the original payment method used for a wallet top-up or booking.

Reviewing your request

By requesting a refund, you agree to let our quality team review the relevant booking details, chat logs, or call/session records where available to assess whether your case qualifies under this policy.

Management discretion

All refund requests, cancellations, corrections, and wallet-related decisions are subject to review and final approval at the discretion of Vedic Astrology management. Meeting the conditions described in this policy does not guarantee automatic approval. We may approve, partially approve, or decline a request based on booking records, session logs, wallet history, and applicable platform rules.
