We collect necessary account details (email address and password) to maintain your secure log-in. To compute accurate Vedic astrology charts (Kundlis) and Dasha sequences, we collect your full name, gender, birth date, precise birth time, and birth place. We also store chat logs from your interactions with the AI Astrologer.
2. Data Sharing & AI Processing
We use secure, industry-leading AI models (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or custom private servers) to analyze and answer your questions. Your personal identifiable metadata (like your email address) is never shared with these external APIs. We instruct our AI vendors to ensure that your prompts and responses are not used to train public LLM models.
3. Financial Transactions
Transactions for stardust/wallet credit top-ups are processed through third-party secure payment gateways. We do not store or collect your raw credit card numbers, bank details, or UPI credentials on our servers.
